The women’s health service at Molineux brings together GPs with a specialist interest in women’s health and a community gynaecologist from the team at Newcastle Hospitals.
We offer assessment, advice and treatment in a community setting. This aims to improve access to care and reduce the need for some women to attend hospital appointments.
You currently cannot self-refer to this service. You will be advised by your health professional if you have a referral to the team at Molineux.

Please note: parking is very limited at Molineux, so we advise you get to your appointment in plenty of time if you are driving, or that you use public transport.
Patient engagement and focus groups
We want to hear from women across Newcastle about their experiences of healthcare services.
We are running focus groups across the city and have an online survey about women’s health where you can share your views anonymously. The survey asks about your experiences of accessing healthcare and the issues that matter most to you.
We have an online focus group on Tuesday 28 July, which will take place in the evening (7pm to 8pm) to make it easier for more people to attend.
