Annual Report -

Our newly published annual report outlines our achievements as the GP federation for Newcastle for the 12 months from October 2024 to September 2025.

Our successes include:

3073 additional appointments at GP practices provided on Saturdays – 87% of patients rated our Saturday appointment service as excellent.
Having the largest social prescribing team in the North East, with the team providing more than 5500 referrals across the year – 98% of patients were happy with the social prescribing service.
Managing 30 research studies for GP practices, taking the burden away from practice staff, and enabling more patients to get involved in research.
100% of patients would recommend our community health services.
92% of organisations we work with said they had confidence in us to deliver high quality services for the patients of Newcastle.
