This new research initiative is dedicated to studying health conditions affecting people from Black communities in the UK. The IBHO BioResource invites individuals from Black ethnic backgrounds to participate in research aimed at improving our understanding of how these conditions might develop and specifically affect those from Black communities.

We are running this research project across Newcastle GP practices, and will be in the community over the coming year, asking people to get involved.
We held a launch event for this project at Grainger Market, with special guest Dame Chi Onwurah MP. Watch the ITV Tyne Tees coverage of the event.

Sign up to the study, or simply come along and meet the team at Being Well Place in Grainger Market on 11 November and 18 November, or get in touch on ngps.research@nhs.net.
